Our site provides user with a service to allow pet owners to get their pets back if ever lost.

We Allow users to register manageable accounts and then register Pet Tags that are linked to that account

When a User then visits the site and types in the correct Pet Tag. The users information is displayed to them. To allow the visitor to contact the user regarding their Found Pet.

Although reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the site is secure we can not speak for our users. We will not be held responsible for any invalid or offending content.

We disclaim all liability and responsibility to any person or entity with respect to any loss or damage caused, or alleged to be caused, directly or indirectly, by the use of this Service

By joining this service you give us the right to send you Occasional newsletters and promotions that we think will help pet owners. If at any time you feel we are starting to SPAM your inbox, Please contact us so we know to trim it down a little

This service was Developed for use by Pet Owners and People who found lost pets.

It is Forbidden to use any the information obtained from the site about a pet owner to send SPAM or any other promotional service that does not carry our consent.

If any such activity is found we will immediatly report it to the appriorate authorities with all the IP logs and Cookie information we have about the user that commited these acts. No Personal Information about any of our other users will be given out.

Activities deemed Forbidden include, but not limited to:

• Use of Pet Owner Details to promote Services or Products that do not carry our consent.
• Collecting of Pet Owner Information to add to or create list of Customer Contacts (Namely for Promotions)
• Any Actions that could lead to the exposing of personal information of users stored in the site.
